How it works
From your brief to a clear next step.
Order your search
Review your order, then pay securely on Stripe. The details you share at checkout give us a starting point for shaping your search.
Shape your brief with us
Within two business days after payment, we’ll email a search questionnaire. An existing brief is welcome. We’ll help refine your priorities and prepare the full brief and start date for your agreement.
Receive your shortlist
Your 30-day search begins on the agreed date once your brief is ready. We compare sources and send up to five distinct options, with a price trail and contact routes.
Included in the fixed fee
One buyer, one property type, one agreed Bangkok area or corridor and a 30-calendar-day search. Time spent preparing your brief comes before the search begins. If we cannot accept your brief or agree a workable start date, we refund your fee in full before starting.
Once you choose a property
Use the shortlist to decide which properties to pursue. A Buyer Report is available separately for an eligible condo, land parcel or house. We can help you plan the next checks; specialist inspections, legal work, negotiation and closing are arranged separately.
