We’ll send your questionnaire
Within two business days after payment, we’ll email a search questionnaire to the address used at checkout. You can share an existing brief instead. Stripe sends your payment receipt separately.
We’ll refine your priorities together
We’ll review your plans and help clarify the location, features and practical details that matter to you, guiding you through any remaining questions.
We’ll agree your brief and start date
We’ll send you a clear brief covering your requirements, search scope and dates for your agreement before the search begins.
Your search starts on the date we agree.
Your 30-calendar-day search begins once we’ve agreed the brief and start date and have the information needed. Time spent preparing the brief comes before that period.
