Your property. Your questions.

A clearer buying position starts with your brief.

Have a question before buying, need optional checks or have a more complex property? Share what you are considering and we’ll respond in writing. For a standard Condo, Land or House Buyer Report, you can also choose and pay directly on the Services page. We then confirm suitability and the delivery date, or refund the full fee if we cannot accept the work.

What would you like to request?

If you’re unsure which report suits the property, choose “Not sure which report fits” and tell us what you are considering.
About the property (optional)
A public map pin is useful for land. Please keep links to private documents out of this first request.
For condo requests: introduction to a defect inspector
We can recommend a qualified third-party inspector, make an introduction and help coordinate arrangements. A handover / defect inspection checks the unit for defects and is separate from the TOMA visit included in your report. You agree the inspection scope, methods, limitations and fee directly with the provider and pay them separately. You are welcome to use your own inspector. If you would also like an introduction to a lawyer or another specialist, mention it in your question below.
For land requests: parcel details and specialist introductions
An estimate is fine at this stage. Please include the unit of measurement.
We can recommend qualified third-party lawyers and technical or survey specialists, make introductions and help coordinate arrangements. You agree the scope and fees directly with the provider before work begins and pay them separately. You can also use your own professionals. A qualified Thai lawyer advises on your eligibility to acquire land and the ownership structure.

Help finding a specialist

For handover and defect inspections, legal advice or other specialist assessments, we can recommend qualified third-party providers, make introductions and help coordinate arrangements. You agree the scope and fees directly with the provider and pay them separately. You are also welcome to use your own providers.

How this enquiry works

  1. Send the property details and your questions online without paying.
  2. We assess the available evidence, independence, timing and whether the standard report fits.
  3. We reply with the relevant next step. You can then buy a standard report on the Services page, review a separate written scope for custom work, or request an introduction to a specialist provider.
  4. After a standard report payment, we confirm the accepted property and delivery date by email. If we cannot accept it, we refund the full fee.

If a deposit, contract or transfer deadline is approaching, please include the date. We’ll confirm whether our timetable can fit; existing contractual deadlines remain unchanged.

Just have a question?

Choose “General question or privacy request.” You’re welcome to ask about the service without selecting a report or providing a property.

For a commercial or more complex property, tell us what you have in mind. We’ll assess whether we can help and, where suitable, prepare an individual proposal.
